Lime blossoms (BIO) - 15g

The lime blossoms were grown under controlled conditions in Germany. They contain an abundance of flavonoids, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), phenolic compounds and essential oils, which make tea especially beneficial for health.

Use : put 1-2 teaspoons of dried linden blossoms in a cup and pour hot water, around 85-90 degrees (but not boiling, as it can spoil the taste of the delicate linden blossoms). Cover the cup and leave it for 2-5 minutes.

After some time, add honey or lemon juice to taste. Honey gives the tea a subtle sweet taste, while lemon can add a little acidity and freshness. Stir and enjoy fragrant linden tea.
