This ceremonial matcha is particularly famous for its high content of the amino acid L-Theanine. L-Theanine provides matcha with a prolonged stimulating effect, but also perfectly reduces tension caused by fatigue. In addition, ceremonial matcha contains many beneficial antioxidants that support well-being.
